Loopt to add 'Qs' micro-reviews to encourage involvement

Loopt, a mobile service that tracks friends and acts as a mini-social network for a user's circle of associates and local businesses, previewed a new feature called Qs today at the Where 2.0 mobile conference in Santa Clara, California.
