Audyssey Lower East Side desk speakers tout optical, analog

Audyssey unveiled its second district-themed speaker system on Wednesday with an unusual flexible focus. The Lower East Side is ostensibly a desktop speaker set for computers but has both analog and optical inputs to hook it up to virtually any platform, such home theater receivers and mobile devices. The company's experience in audio tuning comes into play with processing that reportedly delivers deeper bass and good low-volume quality without needing a dedicated subwoofer....
